lisa kalminLisa Kalmin - Principal

Lisa Kalmin is the principal and founder of WorldWorks, Inc., and is one of the principal trainers of the WorldWorks Workshops. Lisa has been developing and leading transformational workshops for over 21 years.

Prior to founding WorldWorks, Lisa led personal effectiveness seminars throughout the United States, Russia, Chile and Mexico. In her role as an Area Manager, she coordinated the training of over 5,000 students and personally trained over 2,500 students in leadership practices, communications skills and breakthrough results coaching.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas in Austin, as well as an MBA from the same university. As an Investment Manager for a Fortune 500 company, she managed over $100 million in assets; working with clients throughout Texas and Colorado. As a former Certified Financial Planner, she brings her financial planning expertise to the WorldWorks organization.

Lisa is the driving force behind WorldWorks. In her commitment to making the biggest difference with WorldWork's students, she has brought together a superior team of trainers. She continues to train as a consultant for various transformational companies throughout the United States and Mexico.

Her 21 years of transformational coaching experience, training development and implementation, as well as leading trainings in distinct cultures, gives her a unique and qualified perspective. Lisa's commitment to empower each student's specific talents, gifts and skills ensure their maximum experience both inside and outside the training room and for the rest of their life. She is dedicated to each WorldWorks student creating the life and future of their dreams. Lisa is also proud of the approximately 1.1 million dollars raised by WorldWorks graduates for various charitable organizations throughout Southern California.

Lisa is married and the proud mom of twin boys!  She is an avid runner and makes her home in San Clemente, California.

lynne sheridanLynne E. Sheridan

Lynne Sheridan has trained transformational trainings since 1995, and has coached students in Chile, Mexico, Russia and throughout the United States.

In addition to working full time in personal effectiveness trainings, Lynne has also continued her full time position as a Creative Director for a political fundraising firm and has over 20 years of political and charitable marketing experience. In that capacity, she works with politicians, charities and political organizations to raise money for their causes. Lynne's ideas have not only earned her clients millions of dollars but also won numerous POLY awards in the Direct Mail Fundraising industry.

Lynne graduated from the University of Redlands with a double degree in Political Science and Creative Writing. She has a Certificate in Transpersonal Studies from the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, expanding her understanding of the spiritual existence of humanity as well as the varied expressions of that spirituality. Lynne has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and participates in an array of transformational and philosophically-inspired trainings on a consistent basis.

In her work as a transformational trainer, Lynne coaches people in achieving their dreams, producing extraordinary results in their lives as well as developing leadership and communication skills to effectively inspire others. At the same time, she is committed to people fully experiencing their lives with gratitude and inspiration on a daily basis.

Lynne is the wife of an amazing artist and the mother of a seven-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl, who consistently serve as teachers to her as well as a constant source of inspiration.


gabriel nossovitchGabriel Nossovitch

Gabriel Nossovitch has been a transformational trainer since 1994. He has trained over 15,000 students in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the United States ( in Washington DC, Las Vegas and Newport Beach, California).

Prior to his full time dedication to personal effectiveness trainings in 1994, Gabriel worked as a management consultant (since 1986), with numerous clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies (such as American Express, Lockheed, James River paper Co.), and several privately owned multi-billion dollar companies (such as Bechtel, and the Swiss Group SICPA). He was the lead engagement manager in the development of marketing penetration strategies for several European companies wanting to do business in the US, such as Draigerworks, of Lubeck, Germany, and assisted companies such as Portals, from the UK, in evaluating business opportunities in the US.

Gabriel is the founder of several personal effectiveness and transformational companies throughout Latin America: ArgentinaWorks SA, in Buenos Aires, ChileWorks SA, in Santiago, and MexWorks, in Mexico City. He is currently the president, CEO and chairman of the board of ChileWorks SA, he is an Executive Director of MexWorks SC, and Executive Trustee of the Chileworks Foundation (a non-for-profit organization that sponsors large scale community service projects aimed at raising awareness in underpriviledged populations in South America).

Gabriel studied political science and international relations at the Catholic University of Cordoba, and Economics at the Nationals University of Cordoba, both in Argentina. In 1984, he won a scholarship to study Comparative Politics at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan, where he spent one year studying and working as a cross-cultural trainer of Japanese business managers who were going to be relocated overseas. He holds a RSBA from Georgetown University and MBA from INSEAD, the leading European business school located in Fontainebleau, France. He has triple citizenship (Argentinian, French and US) and is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

His life-long interest in ontology, coupled with his study of consciousness and transformational technologies and his experience living and working in Europe, Asia and North and South America, come together to create a unique blend of knowledge and experience.

He has, through this combination developed a unique perspective on the nature of human being, and an uncanny understanding of the motives and talents that can be tapped in people and by people, to generate their personal success and abundance while generating in them the possibility of experiencing a profound appreciation for their life and a sense of joy in their humanity.
