...what an impact the World Works trainings have had on me and my company. As president of Irvine Apartment Management Company, I entered the workshops intending to enhance my leadership skills in support of my vision for a cultural change that I was creating at the Company. What I got was so much more. At the Introductory Course, I learned amazing things about myself and the beliefs that I have. I became very clear on what is really important to me... I wasn’t walking my own talk, even though I always believed that I did; I wasn’t being true to myself. With the Experience course, I gained breakthrough in understanding my ways of being, and clarity in who I wanted to be as a person – husband, father, leader, and member of the community. I realized that reinventing myself was totally possible, and that I am not just, “the way I am because it’s the way I am” – but rather that I can constantly choose the way that I am. And best of all – The Leadership Practice course, brought it all together for me by showing me that I can truly live life larger than I ever thought possible. I can have it all. And very importantly, I learned about the power of clear intention when combined with urgency. I also learned what it takes to make it all habit. The WorldWorks trainings have been awesome for me; they have changed my way of life and have had a profound impact on my Company. As a husband, father, a friend and a business owner, I cannot thank you enough for making the WorldWorks training available. You mentioned that many people regard the training as one of the top three life-altering experiences of their lives - along with marriage and childbirth - and that was certainly the case for me. Through the training, I developed a tremendous clarity about myself in terms of my underlying beliefs, how I viewed the world, and how such beliefs had shaped my life. It’s hard for me to believe that nearly 6 years have gone by since I attended Worldworks and to a great extent, I guess that means I am in a position to make statements about the power of the work over time, its ability to transform an individual, and the integrity of those who provide the training.
